Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger said he has no issues with offensive coordinator Todd Haley, and his comments were taken out of context. "It's unbelievable," Roethlisberger said. "It gets blown up and it's by reporters that come in there and ask the dumbest questions after a game, and it makes it ridiculous when they only take part of your answer.
"It was taken way out of context. There is absolutely no issue between coach Haley and I. I love where this offense is right now."

Dave Stewart, the agent for Los Angeles Dodgers OF Matt Kemp (ankle), said he thought "something was brewing" in trade talks for his client Monday, Dec. 9. General manager Ned Colletti has said he will listen to offers on all of his outfielders, and the Boston Red Sox have had exploratory talks with the Dodgers regarding Kemp. However, talks have not become serious and are unlikely to do so. Kemp still is owed six years and $128 million on his current contract. He has recently started weight-bearing activities after undergoing surgery on his left ankle in October, and he'll start hitting in January. He expects to be ready for spring training.
