FANTASY TIP: McCoy has returned to practice, but this may be something he'll have to monitor all season. It shouldn't affect his draft stock much, but it could certainly give owners pause when he's one of the first names selected in drafts.

Cleveland Browns QB Brian Hoyer has been named the starting quarterback over QB Johnny Manziel. Head coach Mike Pettine wrote the announcement in an e-mail and said Manziel made great strides, but Hoyer had a decided edge.

FANTASY TIP: Hoyer is a mid-to-low QB2 in fantasy leagues. Manziel should only be drafted in dynasty leagues. If you're in a deeper single-year league, target him as a low QB2. In most mixed leagues, you can probably score him on waivers during the season if you choose to do so.
