Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo (back) will take part in the team's voluntary offseason program beginning Monday, April 21, according to a source. Players are allowed to lift weights, run sprints and conduct football activities without coach supervision. The team will have organized team activities starting May 28 until June 12. Romo is expected to be available for most of the activities.

FANTASY TIP: Romo is ahead of schedule and should be 100 percent ready to go for training camp and the 2014 regular season.
