Rams | Look at Mitchell

Updating previous stories, John Clayton, of ESPN.com, reports the St. Louis Rams hosted free agent TE Johnny Mitchell to determine whether he could help shore up a position that could lose starter Ernie Conwell to free agency. Mitchell was out of the NFL for two years before being used sparingly by New Orleans the last two season, but he says he can run a 4.5 40 after training at Cris Carter's facility near Miami.
