The Washington Post reports the Washington Redskins would more than likely pursue ex-Bucs coach Tony Dungy as their defensive coordinator, if he does not land another head coaching job (highly unlikely). The Redskins also dismissed former coach Marty Schottenheimer's brother and son yesterday. Kurt Schottenheimer, Marty's younger brother and the team's defensive coordinator this season, and Brian Schottenheimer, who served as his father's quarterbacks coach, were informed they were candidates for new coach Steve Spurrier's staff. The team is also likely to fire vice president of player personnel John Schneider. The team informed special teams coach Mike Stock and RBs coach Hue Jackson they could be candidates for Spurrier's staff.
