Packers | Aaron Rodgers throwing
Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) is throwing without any pain in his collarbone, and he was seen tossing the ball around before the team's Week 11 game. He isn't experiencing pain while running either, but has yet to take any snaps. "I think the biggest issue is not the pain at this point," Rodgers said. "It is the risk of taking a shot like that and what it would do if (the collarbone) displaced. Obviously, I'd be out for the season and worried about any type of complications going forward." QB Scott Tolzien has already been named the starter in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Fantasy Tip: It looks like Rodgers is progressing, but he still has a ways to go. There's a chance he could return for the team's Thanksgiving game next week, depending on how he gets through practices leading up to that contest. Continue to be patient.
