Vikings | Christian Ponder plans to be ready
Minnesota Vikings QB Christian Ponder (shoulder) thinks he can be ready to return in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks after dislocating his left shoulder in the team's Week 10 game Thursday, Nov. 7. "My expectations are, I'm going to be back next week," Ponder said. "We've got a great athletic training staff. They're going to do me right. I'm going to do everything I can to be back next Sunday."
Fantasy Tip: That's an optimistic view, but the Vikes will have a long week ahead in order to get Ponder ready. It remains to be seen if that'll happen. Ponder was in the midst of his best game this year, though, so if he somehow is ready to return, it wouldn't be surprise if Minnesota stuck with him. Against the Seahawks, though, whoever is starting for the Vikings shouldn't be an option for your starting QB spot.
