Raiders | Counting on Rashad Jennings as backup
The Oakland Raiders are counting on RB Rashad Jennings to serve as the backup to RB Darren McFadden, and he tries to keep himself healthy and in shape in every way possible. He eats a gluten-free diet and sticks to organic foods. He also stretches every night, and has a regular routine of pilates, acupuncture, yoga and massage. Jennings also sleeps in a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. "I love to practice and I love to stay on the field. It keeps you healthy. Playing this game is important to me," Jennings said. "The way I eat and take care of my body is pretty important."
Fantasy Tip: Jennings will back up Darren McFadden, who has never made it through an NFL season without an injury. Fantasy owners will want to scoop up Jennings later on draft day as a handcuff.
