Ravens | Ed Dickson non-committal about opener
Baltimore Ravens TE Ed Dickson (hamstring) was non-committal when asked if he will be ready for the regular season opener Sept. 5, against the Baltimore Ravens. He is recovering from a partially torn hamstring. "I can't make any predictions, but I'm working hard to do that. It's one of those things where it was really sore and I tried to prevent it by doing other things," Dickson said Sunday, Aug. 11. "The doctor said it went all the way through, so it's not lingering through the season so I can get all the way healthy and make me back to 100 percent."
Fantasy Tip: Just in case Dickson isn't ready, the added depth Sunday by bringing in veteran Dallas Clark. When is healthy, Dickson is likely to be the team's starter based upon his familiarity with the offense. Clark, Visanthe Shiancoe and Matt Furstenburg will provide depth.
