Indians | Corey Kluber could miss rest of season

Cleveland Indians SP Corey Kluber (finger) could miss the rest of the season with a sprained right middle finger. SP Zach McAllister spent six weeks on the disabled list with a middle finger sprain earlier this year. Kluber was 7-5 with a 3.54 ERA in 19 starts this year. SP Danny Salazar will take Kluber's place in the rotation, starting against the Detroit Tigers Wednesday, Aug. 7.

Fantasy Tip: Kluber can likely be dropped in most shallow leagues. Salazar should be a target in AL-only universes, but the fact that he'll be shut down before the end of the year to limit his innings will keep him relegated to single-league formats.
