Phillies | Jeremy Horst likely out for the season
Philadelphia Phillies RP Jeremy Horst (elbow) is expected to miss the remainder of the season after experiencing continued soreness in his left elbow during a rehab stint with Triple-A Lehigh Valley. Horst was examined by Dr. James Andrews and may have a flexor-pronator tendon issue. Members of the team's medical staff will monitor him to determine if he can recovery without needing to undergo surgery.
