Browns | Trent Richardson feeling pain-free
Cleveland Browns RB Trent Richardson (shin) has been sprinting pain-free, is 100 percent healthy and expects to be ready for the start of training camp. "I have no pain at all in the leg." He missed the mandatory minicamp in June and the final week of organized team activities (OTAs) due to a muscle strain in his right shin. However, he said Tuesday, July 16, that when training camp opens July 25 that he will be ready to roll. "I'll be full-go right from the get-go and y'all out there will see me flying around," Richardson said. "I can't wait to get out there and I can't wait for the first game. I've been waiting forever this season and I know it's going to be a good one for us." Richardson will report at his prescribed weight of 225, down about seven pounds from last season.
Fantasy Tip: Some fantasy owners might be a bit concerned about Richardson's health, and a mini slide could occur on draft day. If he happens to fall into your lap late in the first round or early in the second round, you could be very fortunate. However, there is still some risk, and it is imperative you go back-to-back RB with your first two picks if you plan on adding Richardson.
