Mets | Prospect working in the pool
New York Mets C Travis d'Arnaud (foot) has been limited to rehab work in the pool, which reduces the amount of weight being placed on his fractured left foot, according to assistant general manager John Ricco. The prospect will be re-evaluated in a couple of days before he is cleared to proceed to land-based running.
Fantasy Tip: D'Arnaud fractured his fifth metatarsal when he was struck by a foul ball while catching back in mid-April in a game with Triple-A Las Vegas. The team hopes that he will be able to see game action before the season is over, but only fantasy owners in long-term keeper leagues will want him on their radar.
