Phillies | Roy Halladay confident in return
Philadelphia Phillies SP Roy Halladay (shoulder) is still confident that he can return to pitch this year after undergoing right shoulder surgery. "It has been going very good," Halladay said. "Obviously the surgery was what we thought it was, and so far the rehab has been very good. I feel strong, I feel smoother, I feel a difference, so I'm very pleased with the outcome and the direction we're headed." There is no timetable for his return, however. He said the range of motion he has now in his shoulder is the best it's been in the last three years.
Fantasy Tip: There's no guarantee that Halladay can return and pitch effectively this year, making it a risk to hold onto him in mixed formats, unless you're effectively losing him in a DL spot. Keep tabs on his rehab process.
