Mets | Ike Davis dropped in order

New York Mets 1B Ike Davis was dropped to sixth in the batting order Thursday, April 25, and OF Lucas Duda was moved up to the cleanup spot as a result. "We've got to get Ike going," manager Terry Collins said. "We're heading into May here. We need to get him swinging the bat like he's capable of. I don't know if he's trying to put too much pressure on himself to hit homers."

Fantasy Tip: Davis is a very streaky hitter and is known for starting slow in April. Well, he's done it another year, and it has become very frustrating for his fantasy owners. If you haven't already, it might be time to bench Davis until he shows signs of life.
