Mets | Ike Davis off to another slow start
New York Mets 1B Ike Davis is 1-for-12 to start the year after hitting under .200 until late June last season. "We were gonna take some extra BP today, we did it in the cage for quite a while, and Ike was the first guy there today," manager Terry Collins said. "So one thing about it, he's not satisfied with the way he's started, and he's trying to do something about it."
Fantasy Tip: Davis is quickly developing a reputation as a slow starter, even though Valley Fever may have been the main culprit last year. Stick with this lefty stick.
