Red Sox | John Lackey expected to be in rotation
Boston Red Sox SP John Lackey (elbow) fully expects to enter the season as the No. 4 starter in the rotation. "I've still got one more to go," Lackey said after throwing 101 pitches in a minor league game here Tuesday, March 26. "I'm not going to get too far ahead of us. But it's gone pretty good, I'm pretty happy with where my stuff is." He's on track to make his season debut April 6 against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Fantasy Tip: After missing all of last year after Tommy John surgery, Lackey is going undrafted in most mixed leagues. He's worth speculation in AL-only formats, though. Why not?
