Toronto Blue Jays SP Dustin McGowan (shoulder) reportedly looked good in a minor-league spring game appearance Wednesday, March 20. "McGowan was lights-out," manager John Gibbons said.

Fantasy Tip: McGowan is still likely to open the season on the 15-day disabled list. Due to his past injury history, and the fact he is still not quite 100 percent, fantasy owners can generally ignore him right now.
