Angels | Tommy Hanson's velocity down
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim SP Tommy Hanson was clocked at 89-91 mph during his outing Wednesday, March 20, in his first three innings. Hanson came out of the game before the fourth inning and is being evaluated by the medical staff.
Fantasy Tip: Hanson is a high-risk commodity after altering his mechanics last year because of a partially torn rotator cuff and back problems. One has to wonder if lingering shoulder concerns are the cause of his exit and continued decreased velocity.
