Diamondbacks | Wade Miley recovers

Arizona Diamondbacks SP Wade Miley (arm), who was dealing with dead arm, threw two innings in an intrasquad game Monday, March 18, and threw the ball well. "I could tell his arm was quicker," manager Kirk Gibson said. "Just coming out better and he was free and easy. I think it was a good day for him." Miley is on track to make his first start of the year April 3 against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Fantasy Tip: Miley already has a spot in the rotation in his sophomore season. He made significant gains last year, but we need to see more to justify spending and banking on a repeat. He's more of an NL-only commodity at the moment.
