Padres | Expect Carlos Quentin to be ready

San Diego Padres OF Carlos Quentin (knee) has been limited to just one of the team's first 25 major league exhibitions due to "mild discomfort" in his surgically repaired right knee. However, he has hit and run the bases in minor league games over the past two days, and the team expects him to be ready for the opener.

Fantasy Tip: The Padres have said they are counting on Quentin to play between 120 and 135 games, and that would be quite a feat. He has managed to play more than 120 games only twice in his first six major league seasons. When healthy, he can be a very good fantasy option, but his propensity for injury means you better have plenty of outfield depth on hand.
