Boston Red Sox SP Franklin Morales (back) said he's feeling better after receiving an epidural injection earlier this week, and he ran in a pool Friday, March 15. He's hoping to throw next week.

Fantasy Tip: This is progress for Morales, but he won't be ready for opening day and will need some time to get back to game action. He may be a rotation option by midseason depending on injuries and performance of the other starters.
