Steelers | Allred 100%

Steelers.com reports Pittsburgh Steelers TE John Allred (ACL/MCL) says he is 100 percent healthy and is ready for training camp. Allred's hard work and determination has paid off since injuring both the ACL and MCL in his right knee in 2000. Head coach Bill Cowher has been impressed with Allred's fluidity in running routes and his excellent hands.
