White Sox | Jesse Crain continues to make progress

Chicago White Sox RP Jesse Crain (shoulder), who was forced out of the World Baseball Classic due to a strained right adductor muscle, threw off a mound Sunday, March 10, for the second time in three days. "I was able to let it go a little more," Crain said. "I could feel it at the end. I started getting a little tired. So I didn't want to push it any further. Hopefully that's part of the process and tomorrow we'll see how it feels."
