Browns | Likely out on Brian Hoyer

The Cleveland Browns are likely out of the running for Arizona Cardinals restricted free-agent QB Brian Hoyer. The quarterback received a second-round tender, meaning Hoyer's new club would have to surrender a second-round pick to sign him. The Browns used their second-round pick for 2013 on WR Josh Gordon in the supplemental draft last year.
