Updating a previous report, Blue Jays 3B Brett Lawrie (intercostal) has a mild strain near his 10th rib and left intercostal muscle that will likely keep him out for two to three weeks. He's expected to be ready for opening day, but 2B Emilio Bonifacio would likely step in at third base if Lawrie isn't ready.
