Cardinals | Matt Adams may make parent club

St. Louis Cardinals 1B Matt Adams, who has a .471 batting average with two home runs and seven runs batted in this spring, may have a spot on the roster when the club breaks camp. "He has nothing left to prove (in Memphis)," manager Mike Matheny said. "The guy can hit. It's just a matter whether he fits in right. It's not a question anymore of can he perform in (the big leagues). He can hit here or anywhere. He doesn't need to show us more."
