Free-agent QB David Garrard (Dolphins) (knee) is healthy and interested in the backup quarterback position with the Miami Dolphins, but the team has not reached out to him. "I would love to be back in Miami. I love the coaching staff; I love (QB Ryan Tannehill)," he said. "Getting back in the league is what I want. I want to be able to go out in my career playing at a high level. I don't want some freakish injuries to decide my career."
