Chiefs | Could make Luke Joeckel top pick

The Kansas City Chiefs might have the flexibility to select Texas A&M OT Luke Joeckel with the first overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft following the release of OT Eric Winston. Joeckel or OT Branden Albert could be moved to the right side.
