Blue Jays | J.A. Happ still preparing as starter

Toronto Blue Jays SP J.A. Happ is still preparing as a starter this spring despite the fact that the team's rotation is currently full. It's possible that Happ will begin the year in the rotation for Triple-A Buffalo. He's also in the mix for a spot in the bullpen.
