Cubs | Carlos Marmol likely to be traded

Chicago Cubs RP Carlos Marmol has a good chance to be traded before the start of the season, according to ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine. Several teams, including the Detroit Tigers, are looking intently at Marmol on the trade market, according to league sources. He can veto a trade to four West Coast teams, but a source said Marmol is likely to waive that clause if the team were a contender. RP Kyuji Fujikawa would likely step in as the closer if Marmol were dealt.
