NFL | Manti Te'o knows he can run faster 40 time

Notre Dame LB Manti Te'o said he posted a time of 4.60 seconds in his training for the NFL Scouting Combine. Te'o pointed at the stress of the combine environment as a contributing factor to his poor performance in the 40-yard dash (4.82 seconds), and he vows to post a better time during his Pro Day.
