Washington Nationals SP Chris Young can make $2 million if he makes the team's opening day roster, and the total value of his deal can increase to $5.775 million based on incentives. He can make an extra $250,000 for 80 innings and an additional $250,000 each for 100, 120, 140, 160 and 180 innings. He'll make $50,000 for making 10 starts, with additional bonuses in games started up to 30. Young will make his first spring outing March 3 in relief.
