Rockies | Troy Tulowitzki not 100 percent

Colorado Rockies SS Troy Tulowitzki (groin) said he isn't quite 100 percent recovered from his surgery last year because he's still feeling it out when he's on the field competing. "I've laid all the groundwork that I possibly can to prepare myself for the long season," Tulowitzki said. "Sometimes you can't control it, but I know I've done everything I possibly can to have a successful year." He has gone 2-for-4 in his two spring games so far, and he handled three defensive plays Monday, Feb. 25.
