Padres | Carlos Quentin to be limited early

San Diego Padres OF Carlos Quentin (knee) has been hitting and jogging in the outfield, but the team plans to keep him on a restricted program this spring. "Carlos has a track record as a proven producer," manager Bud Black said Sunday, Feb. 24. "He's been working hard to be healthy and we're going to help manage his rest and his knees as best we can."
