Cleveland Indians SP Scott Kazmir declined to start Friday, Feb. 22, in the Cactus League spring opener, opting for another bullpen session first. However, manager Terry Francona has been impressed with what he has seen. "He felt like he needed one more," Francona said Wednesday, Feb. 20. "But the way he's throwing scares me. I wish we could bottle it and start the season."
