Philadelphia Phillies INF Kevin Frandsen has no options remaining, which means he must pass through waivers to reach the minors. It's unlikely the Phillies will attempt that. "I'm not too comfortable," Frandsen said Tuesday, Feb. 19. "But people know who I am. They know my name. They know what I can do."
