Phillies | Sebastian Valle candidate for Team Mexico

Philadelphia Phillies C Sebastian Valle (finger), who is participating in workouts despite a small fracture in his right (throwing) ring finger, is a candidate to make Team Mexico's final roster for the World Baseball Classic. General manager Ruben Amaro Jr. said Tuesday, Feb. 19, that Valle could participate if selected.
