Indians | Scott Kazmir will not start Friday

Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona had previously announced SP Scott Kazmir would start the Cactus League spring opener Friday, Feb. 22, but shortly afterward the team announced Kazmir preferred to pitch one more batting practice session before appearing in a game.
