Rangers | Alexi Ogando shows changeup

Texas Rangers SP Alexi Ogando's refined changeup was at 85 to 87 mph Tuesday, Feb. 19, which is a bit faster than his slider (82 mph). A scout thought Ogando did a solid job of keeping the same arm action on his changeup compared to his fastball, which makes it much tougher on the hitter.
