Cowboys | Will Anthony Spencer receive franchise tag?

There does not appear to be immediate plans for the Dallas Cowboys to place the franchise tag on impending free-agent LB Anthony Spencer. The Cowboys can't afford to franchise Spencer because they're currently more than $20 million over the salary cap.
