White Sox | John Danks pleased with progress

Chicago White Sox SP John Danks (shoulder) said Sunday, Feb. 17, he got better the further he went in a 15-minute bullpen session, his second of the spring. Danks would love to be further along, but he had surgery in August and continues to be pleased with his progress. He said a telltale sign he's doing well is his ability to bounce back the day after he throws. "It's not much different than what I'd be throwing if I was completely healthy," Danks said. The plan is for Danks to throw three more batting practice sessions, a bullpen session March 1, and then his first Cactus League game March 4.
