Marlins | Jose Fernandez might arrive by July

Former Miami Marlins manager Jack McKeon said prospect SP Jose Fernandez will be a No. 1 starter one day, and it is possible he could arrive in South Florida by July. "You won't get better power (pitching) in the minors than Fernandez," president of baseball operations Larry Beinfest said. "I can't remember any guy in our system" who had stats as dominating.
