Brewers | Mat Gamel held out of baseball activities Sunday

Milwaukee Brewers 1B Mat Gamel (knee) aggravated his surgically-repaired right knee during the team's first full-squad workout Saturday, Feb. 16. He was held out of baseball activities Sunday, Feb. 17, but manager Ron Roenicke is hopeful that he can resume practicing Monday, Feb. 18. Minor league 1B Sean Halton was brought in to cover drills due to Gamel's absence and could remain in big league camp for a few days.
