Reds | Moving Aroldis Chapman to rotation was not manager's call

Cincinnati Reds manager Dusty Baker hinted that the move of P Aroldis Chapman from the bullpen to the starting rotation was not his idea. "This is an organizational decision," Baker said. "I'm not the whole organization. I'm (the) one who has to speak about it."
