Rangers | Two recovering Ps up to speed

Texas Rangers Ps Kyle McClellan (shoulder) and Randy Wells (elbow) are at full speed with the rest of the pitchers early in camp. McClellan is making his way back from shoulder surgery July 10, and Wells is making his way back from elbow surgery July 25.
