Reds | Mat Latos avoids arbitration

The Cincinnati Reds avoided arbitration with SP Mat Latos Tuesday, Feb. 12, by agreeing to a two-year, $11.5 million deal. He'll earn $4.25 million this year and $7.25 million in 2014. Latos filed for $4.7 million and the team countered with $4.15 million.
