Philadelphia Eagles QB Nick Foles will compete with QB Michael Vick for the team's 2013 starting quarterback job, according to a person informed of the team's thinking. The person said it was communicated to Foles that Vick could be brought back at a lower rate, and that it wouldn't mean he was going to be traded.
