Impending free-agent PK Phil Dawson (Browns) is likely to want a multi-year contract, but the team might worry about his age and offer him a one-year deal with little cash guaranteed after that. Dawson has had two of his best seasons after the age of 36, and he has 14 field goals (with one miss) from at least 50 yards in the last two seasons, most in the NFL.
