Dolphins | Owned ready to spend in free agency
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has told friends he expects to spend a lot of money in free agency. The team might have incentive now, too, as the Dolphins take their stadium upgrade financing plan to a vote of Miami-Dade County voters, likely in late March or April. The team might make a splash by adding a free-agent like WRs Greg Jennings (Packers) or Mike Wallace (Steelers).
